Super speedy service! Work from home in a rural area, and went with Sky broadband- but after weeks of poor signal and only speaking to a robot they said they couldn’t do anything to fix it… . Went with Cloud telecom who got an Engineer out within a week, fixed the problem and now have fantastic internet with them!
Highly recommend. They go above and beyond.
Maggie at Cloud Telecoms really is a star. Instantly available to answer all and any questions and always willing to pop round to help solve any problem.

A five stare company always ready to sort out issues especially for the not so Tech Savvy. Well worth talking to.
After BT put their standard lines up in price again, we looked at changing over to a cloud based system.
Went through the system requirements with them, had reps come out and show us the phones, being able to put 3 businesses on one system, transfer to mobiles, call recording etc...
All looked good, price was cheaper and system future proof, yet there were still problems with the plan. This resulted in the price going up, options changing and not being right for us.
So i called CTS who i had previously purchased our analogue system from (which worked perfectly for us).
Went through everything with maggie, told her BT's problems, and sorted out everything we needed, plus extras. All this and a great saving vs BT.
Any help required, we just pick up the phone.
Can not recommend enough.

Maggie set up a phone and internet system for our pub The Boot Inn Rutland. After getting frustrated with well know suppliers and rubbish service I turned to Maggie at Cloud Telecoms.
Hands down the best service.

I've been using the Cloud Telecom systems for about 12 years. We started off with a 308 system, then bought a 416 system for our other office. They've been completely reliable and Cloud Telecom Services have always been really helpful when we've needed advice.
I've just upgraded to a VOIP system - which seems to be brilliant and ideal as we enter Lockdown 2. Again, CTS were absolutely great at getting this set up for us and it couldn't have been easier. Maggie has been an absolute star!
